- Step 1.2: On-Site Consultation - free 60–90 min on-site consult. We measure, discuss ideas, show options, explain process, and answer questions.
- Step 1.3: Detailed Quotation - fixed-price quote in 48 hours with itemised costs, clear scope, no hidden fees. Valid 30 days.
- Step 2.1: Contract Signing & Deposit - contract meeting to review scope, price, timeline, and warranties. Sign when ready. 10% deposit.
- Step 2.2: Design Development - plans and 3D renders with layouts, finishes, and joinery. 2–3 design meetings, unlimited revisions. 1–2 weeks.
- Step 2.3: Council Approvals (If Required) - we manage all DA or CDC approvals, paperwork, council liaison, and updates. Timeline 2–6 weeks.
- Step 3.1: Pre-Construction Meeting - 30-min pre-start site meeting to confirm plans, finishes, access, and meet your project manager.
- Step 3.2: Site Preparation - before demolition, we protect your home, set up safety, manage dust, parking, skips, and site logistics.
- Step 4.1: Construction - construction phase with daily supervision, clean site, photo updates, and weekly progress reviews.
- Step 5.1: Practical Completion Inspection - we complete a full internal inspection first, including a 127-point check, testing, touch-ups, and final clean.
- Step 5.2: Client Walkthrough - room-by-room handover showing how everything works, care tips, warranties, and noting any final adjustments.
- Step 5.3: Final Payment & Guarantee - after approval, final payment. We issue warranties, certificates, 25-year guarantee, manuals, and compliance docs.
- Step 5.4: After Care - after handover, we check in at 3 months and support you with help, fixes, and advice.
